How deep is your drugs and medicines addiction? How much subjected to your doctor’s opinion, tests and periodically premeditated prescriptions are you?
But above all, did the medical treatments that you received really helped you to solve your health problems? Or did they simply block your symptoms temporarily without healing the real triggers?
I’d like to start this article with a premise:
[bctt tweet=”People need to wake up from their deep sleep and reassume the responsibilities concerning their life and their health.” username=”WildNatureSoul”]

I happen to bump into people who are talking, and I hear them saying:
“I have got to go to the doctor, I need a medical examination and a treatment”.
Whenever I hear these words, I think, and I wonder:
How often do we delegate to other people the responsibility for our own health?
This complex praxis is made of 3 phases…
… is that fair?
If you don’t know about my clinical history, let me tell you about it in short.
Since when I was 5-6 years old, I’ve had a poor health. I suffered from bronchial asthma in a so severe way that I couldn’t sleep for an entire hour during the night.
My mom spent many years waking up because of me who was having difficulty in breathing.
One day, under the doctor’s orders, I started doing the aerosol therapy and using bronchodilators (Ventolin) to find peace again.
Over the next few years there were no spring, no winter or no autumn during which I didn’t catch – more than once – a flu with all its symptoms related: sore throat, cold, phlegm, headache, weakness, vomiting and so on.
As I grow older, not only I didn’t solve my problems, but my illnesses got worse and grew in number because of doctors’ opinions and treatments.
At the age of 28 years I had to deal with psoriasis and chronical prostatitis, but also with bronchial asthma which became even more difficult to stand.

I was in despair because of my ignorance in those days, so I turned to doctors once again.
Regarding chronical prostatitis and psoriasis, they told me something that left me speechless: “You can’t heal fully from these illnesses. You need to learn how to live with them thanks to regular treatments for the rest of your life.”
“For the rest of my life?”
When I was told those words, I realized that was the moment for me to abandon medicine and its pseudo-treatments permanently.
Something wonderful was about to happen.
And as I wrote more than once in my book The Creative Process, nothing happens by chance:
[bctt tweet=”If you don’t let go of old things, new ones won’t even knock on your door.” username=”WildNatureSoul”]
So, when you hear a voice inside you that calls you, listen to it and be brave enough to make that choice that makes you do what your hearts wants.
Even if they might seem drastic or upstream, these choices are often the solution to your problem.

I bumped into Natural Hygiene, namely a healthy and ethical lifestyle which should be well know and that brought me back to life.
Better than that permanent drugs addiction.
Since 2011 I have NOT used anymore antihistamines, antibiotics, cortisone-based creams, anti-inflammatories, antipyretics, syrups, immunosuppressants, homeopathic pills, aerosol, bronchodilators and nasal sprays.
Not to mention supplements which are now off my grid.
What I learned thanks to this lifestyle helped me especially in changing my diet.
My favorite maxim of Natural Hygiene is : each of us has a self-healing mechanism inside, we just need to enable our body to heal and it will heal itself.
[bctt tweet=”Medical treatments don’t help us to get well. Instead, they systematically make our organism weaker and our immune system impotent, feeble and worn out.” username=”WildNatureSoul”]
Yes, that’s right, I recovered from psoriasis, chronical prostatitis and bronchial asthma.
I wrote this article concerning my recovery process:
Do you even know what it means to forget about a skin disease that didn’t leave alone not even when I simply wanted to take a bath in the sea or sunbathe?
Do you even know what it means to recover from chronical prostatitis when it was treated as a chronical disease for a specific reason?
And do you even know what it means to remember when I could barely breathe during the night because of asthma attacks?
What should I say about the fact that I didn’t get sick anymore or I didn’t catch flu, cough and migraine anymore?
Shall we talk about my allergies which are gone?
Well…
…as you can imagine, this is the reason why I decided to focus on this blog and on the dissemination of my knowledge and experiences.
[bctt tweet=”Health is not a random or fortuitous phenomenon just as being sick doesn’t involve bad luck or divine will.” username=”WildNatureSoul”]
These aspects are much more worth than any allopathic or homeopathic treatment and they are effective when it’s about the REAL resolutions of any sickness compared to medicines or chemo.
Having received no instructions about how to prevent diseases through a natural diet and a healthy lifestyle, we often and easily have to deal with tumors, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, allergies, intolerances and so on.
However, even if we know there are valid alternatives to allopathic treatments, we decide not to be responsible for our health directly: we decide to rely on someone else, namely someone who (presumably) knows more than us about how the human body works.
However, the truth is that person with the white coat and with an arrogant tone who’s sitting in front of us rarely know more than us about health.
Just think that they’re the first to get sick of the diseases their patients ask help for and they’re the first ones to leave the earth ahead of time because of their own treatments.
What should we do, then? Who we should rely on if we are sick?

Since I am NOT a doctor but a simple hygiene coach, I can’t tell you what’s right for your health. I can tell you about my choices and the benefits that derived from them.
After many failing treatments, as I’ve already told you, I chose to rely on who knows more than a doctor and takes care of us without telling us since when we breathed for the first time: The Immune System.
Let me explain better: holding a medicine degree doesn’t necessarily means to be ‘‘saviors’’. Sometimes it means the exact opposite (see iatrogenic diseases and deaths).
Competence in symptomatology and being an expert in surgery are surely important when it comes to car accidents or accidents in the workplace.
However, this competence is not worth it (especially if we consider the long-term aspect) if the doctor we rely on doesn’t know anything about what causes a disease.
Every disease, regardless of what its root is, manifests itself to give us a message:
These are some of the practical messages that our body send us, but there are more of them.
Basically, the concept is this: if you get sick is because you’re not living your daily life in a healthy way.
The fact that you repeatedly broke the law of nature (to which our body-mind-soul system is subjected to) led to severe pathologies over time.
This should help you to learn about two very important aspects:
