PREPARAZIONE:

Ingredients:
METHOD:
At first we prepare the rice.
In a non-stick and large pan, pour a little oil and a little water. We turn on under the heat and do a light sauce with leek already washed and cut into small pieces.
Meanwhile we wash and cut into small pieces also mushrooms and cabbage.
When the leek starts to take flavor (usually takes a couple of minutes), we pour into the pan the mushrooms and chopped cabbage.
Let cook for 5 minutes. Then we pour the milk and let cook a few minutes longer.
Pour the rice and add water as it serves to level twice the volume of the rice and other ingredients (this becouse brown rice requires a very long cooking, usually 45 minutes). Put the lid and cook. Occasionally turn with a ladle.
When the rice is half cooked, add the spices.
Once the rice is ready, you need to let it cool to make it compact.
Meanwhile we turn on the oven and let’s put it to 180 °.
Take pumpkin flowers already washed and dried. Fill these with the rice mixture and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour on each of them the oil, salt and finally the breadcrumbs.
If the oven has reached the right temperature, bake and let cook for 25 minutes.
N.B. Each furnace has its power, therefore see that the flower surface is crisp.
