Do you want to know how to prepare a banana smoothie in just a few simple steps? It will be very easy to prepare and delicious to taste. It is a concentration of energy that contains not only the vitamins of the A, B, C, D, E and K groups thanks to the contribution of spirulina algae, but also a sufficient protein supply to satisfy the needs of a whole day.
However, I usually do not recommend this kind of combination, because the banana is a sweet fruit. Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries instead fall into the category of acid fruit (strawberries and raspberries) and semi-acid fruit (blueberries). And, as is known from Natural Hygiene, this type of combination should be avoided. The same goes for the coconut which, being in the middle between proteins and carbohydrates, should be eaten mostly alone. Similar reasoning for pistachios (which fall into the category of dried fruit) and chocolate.
However occasionally, and by the term “occasionally” I mean once every two or three months if not more, I decide to try the combination of these various fruits. But I don’t do it because I love hurting myself, far from it, I do it because unfortunately I am still fond of combinations of flavors to which I was used when I was a child.
However, even if you want to escape one-off from the rules of food combinations, I advise you at least to prepare it as an afternoon snack and then eat it at least 3 hours after having lunch and at least 2 hours before dinner. This is because the banana together with the mix of fruit and nuts to which it is put together during the garnishing phase, takes quite a long time (long compared to the normal digestive times of the fruit) to be completely digested. This means that if you eat this smoothie while you’re still digesting lunch, or start dinner before you’ve even digested it, it will create fermentation in your intestines (which will result in total or partial non-assimilation of the food).

The base. It’s very simple. Simply cut the bananas into small pieces and pour them into the blender container, add the remaining ingredients for the base (ie agave juice, algae spirulina and vanilla) and blend until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy.
Once you have ascertained that there are no non-blended pieces or lumps, you can proceed with the gasket.

For garnish... In my case, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pistachios, extra dark chocolate flakes and dried coconut flakes. But you can choose other combinations (better if you respect the recommended combinations of the various fruit categories).
