As promised, the recipe for cocoa oatmeal cream.
A recipe to make when we feel we are without strength and we need healthy sugars. A recipe where the sweetness of oatmeal is enhanced by maple syrup (which you can substitute with agave juice or if you prefer with honey).
The other recipes I recommend are:
You’ll see, that also this recipe will be easy to prepare. You will only need a few ingredients and at most 10 minutes of your time!

THE BASE
THE GARNISH
For decoration you can use various combinations. I used this:
Alternatively you could use berries or oat bran. Or you could use almond or pistachio grain. Or even the mint together with oat flakes as shown for example in the following photo.

THE BASE. Pour the oatmeal into the small pan, along with the cocoa and cinnamon. With the help of a hand whisk, mix these ingredients. Then add the maple syrup and gradually the water (or oat milk), continuing to stir to prevent lumps from forming.
Bring the small pan to the heat and, stirring constantly, cook over low heat for a few minutes. When the mixture has thickened, turn off the heat under the pan and pour the mixture thus obtained into the bowl using the silicone spatula.

THE GARNISH. After waiting at least ten minutes for the mixture to cool, decorate the oat cream with the ingredients for the garnish. (N.B. Decoration is optional, you can also avoid it if you prefer)
