DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan let’s boil the water needed to cook the rice.
Meanwhile in a non-stick pan, let’s heat a little oil.
Clean the clove of garlic and onion and once cut into small pieces put them in the pan to warm up.
At this point wash and cut the pepper. The important thing is that they are not too large pieces, otherwise it is more complicated to chew them.
Add the pepper cut into a pan and cook with a little oil and a little water for at least 10 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked, let’s drain the cooking water and let it cool. Add some oil here too, so that the rice grains do not stick.
After a few minutes, add the rice to the pan and mix everything to amalgamate the flavors.
Serve by decorating the rice with some freshly picked basil leaves.
